As an occupational therapist it can sometimes be quite the battle to manage full case loads, insurance claims, parent/teacher training, home programs, advocacy and the heaps of admin just tagging along. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed.

I understand the feeling! I have worked in numerous different settings; public schools, inclusive education schools, remedial schools, daycare centres, pre-schools, hospitals, at community level and even in the private sector.  All of these settings brought their own sets of challenges, but one thing that always helped was time management. Time management has many different facets, but the one where I would like to assist you is by providing resources that are easy and simple to implement and complement all your hard work. 

Parental hand-outs help to explain difficult concepts, or provide information on activities parents can perform at home to complement your therapy plan.
